Clearpool’s previous branding was outdated, not scalable, and didn’t convey that their product offering was a cutting-edge trading platform. I developed a new identity that helped align their services with their presence. The identity represents Clearpool’s commitment to transparency in trading and the concept of buyer/seller integration through the use of their tool. A full business system was created as part of the effort including brand guidelines, style guides, icon sets, business cards, and sales collateral.

To coincide with the launch of Clearpool’s new brand identity a fresh marketing site was launched. The prior site was poorly organized, lacked a clear message, and didn’t allow the marketing team to make updates and add new content. The new site clearly lays out what Clearpool does and offers multiple paths to request a demo of their product. The site was built on WordPress with custom page templates and HubSpot integrations. I worked closely with the engineering team to ensure the site was developed to spec and provided an ideal user experience.
I also led the effort to conduct a full audit and UI/UX refresh of Clearpool’s Algorithmic Management System (AMS), their primary product offering. The AMS offers users advanced functionality and control of their electronic trading but the initial release’s interface and lack of organization was getting in the way. A full style library was developed to bring consistency to the wide range of UI components. All of the various functions and controls were analyzed and, if possible, simplified to improve usability.
